Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING & ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIMES

We ship orders Monday – Friday (excluding holidays). Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.

We offer the following domestic shipping options within the Continental United States:

  • Ground Shipping (5-7 Business Days): Free on all orders over $125.00
  • Express Shipping (2-3 Business Days): Free on all orders over $300.00; otherwise available for an additional fee at checkout
  • Overnight Shipping (1 Business Day): Available for an additional fee at checkout

All shipping times are estimates provided by the carrier and are beyond our control. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. For the most accurate delivery updates, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking information.

Keep a close watch on your package via the provided tracking number to help secure it against theft!

WE DO NOT SHIP TO THE FOLLOWING STATES:

Idaho, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Minnesota, New Hampshire, Oregon, or Rhode Island.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (Orders Placed Outside the US)

We do not ship outside the Continental United States.

HOW DO I TRACK MY SHIPMENT?

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships. You can also view tracking information in your account under ‘Order History.’

If you need further assistance, please email info@caligreengold.com with the subject line "MISSING TRACKING NUMBER" and include your order number and full name in the message. We will respond as soon as possible.

MY TRACKING NUMBER SAYS DELIVERED BUT I CAN’T FIND MY PACKAGE

First, check with roommates, neighbors, building management, the leasing office, mail room, or anyone else who might have received it. If the shipping address you provided is correct and you still cannot locate the package, contact your local post office or the carrier—packages are sometimes marked “Delivered” up to 36 hours early while still held at the facility.

CALIGREENGOLD IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES.

OOPS! I PROVIDED THE WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS, WHAT DO I DO?

If your order has not yet shipped, email info@caligreengold.com as soon as possible to request an address update. Once the package has left our facility, we cannot redirect it. We recommend contacting the carrier to arrange forwarding if possible. We are not responsible for replacements due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout—please double-check your address before submitting your order!

DO WE OFFER DISCRETE PACKAGING?

Yes! Our packages are shipped in plain, unmarked boxes or mailer bags. The only brand reference is the return address name, “Black Swans.”
