What Is Shipping Protection?
Shipping Protection is an optional service that helps protect your order in the event your package is lost, stolen, or damaged during transit.
If Shipping Protection is added at checkout and an eligible issue occurs while the package is in transit, we will replace the affected order in accordance with the terms below.
Shipping Protection helps ensure you receive the items you ordered without the stress of filing claims directly with the shipping carrier.
**PLEASE NOTE: Coverage does not cover packages that are seized or confiscated by law enforcement due to local jurisdiction.
What Shipping Protection Covers
Shipping Protection applies to orders that experience one of the following issues while in transit:
- Lost Packages – If a package is confirmed lost by the shipping carrier or fails to arrive within a reasonable delivery window.
- Stolen Packages – If a package is marked as delivered but is believed to have been stolen from the delivery location.
- Damaged Packages – If your order arrives damaged during transit and the contents are unusable.
When approved, we will send a replacement order for the affected items.
What Shipping Protection Provides
- Replacement of eligible lost packages
- Replacement of stolen packages when reported promptly
- Replacement of items damaged during shipping
Shipping Protection provides replacement orders only. It does not provide refunds or cash reimbursements.
How to File a Shipping Protection Claim
If you experience an issue with your delivery, please contact our support team within the required time window.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos of damaged items or packaging (if applicable)
Claims can also be submitted directly through our claim portal using the button at the top of this page.
Claim Timeframes
To be eligible for coverage, claims must be submitted within the following timeframes:
Lost Packages
Claims must be submitted no earlier than 7 days after shipment and no later than 30 days after the last tracking update.
Stolen Packages
Claims must be submitted within 7 days of the delivery confirmation.
Damaged Packages
Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery and must include photos of the damage.
Failure to submit a claim within these timeframes may result in denial of coverage.
Eligibility Requirements
- Shipping Protection must have been purchased at checkout for the specific order.
- Coverage applies only to issues that occur during transit.
- Additional documentation may be requested to verify claims.
Non-Covered Situations
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided at checkout
- Packages returned to sender due to delivery issues
- Orders that were not purchased with Shipping Protection
- Claims submitted outside the required timeframes
- Delivery delays caused by carriers, weather, or logistics disruptions

Packages that are seized or confiscated by law enforcement due to local jurisdiction
Refunds are not provided under Shipping Protection. Eligible claims will receive replacement orders only.
Replacement Processing
- A replacement order will be issued for the affected items
- Processing times may vary depending on inventory availability
- Replacement orders will ship using our standard fulfillment process
If an item is no longer available, a comparable replacement item may be provided at our discretion.
Policy Updates
We reserve the right to modify this Shipping Protection Policy at any time without prior notice. The policy in effect at the time of purchase will apply to your order.
