Lucky Friday Official Rules

Eligibility:

Open only to legal residents of U.S. states where THCA is legal who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. Proof of age may be required. Void where prohibited. Entrants remain responsible for knowing and following the laws of their state. Sponsor does not ship to jurisdictions where it does not fulfill orders; see our Shipping Policy.

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.

How to enter with a purchase.

During each weekly entry period (Thursday 12:00 AM PT through the following Thursday 11:59 PM PT), each paid order placed on caligreengold.com by an eligible person counts as one (1) entry in that week's Lucky Friday drawing, subject to the one-entry-per-person limit below. Cancelled, unpaid, fully refunded before the draw, test, staff, $0, and gift-card-only orders are not eligible entries.

How to enter without a purchase (mail-in entry).

To enter a weekly Lucky Friday drawing without making a purchase, hand-print your first and last name, mailing address, email address, phone number, and date of birth on a 3" × 5" card. Mail it in a stamped envelope to:

Mail-in entries must be received by 11:59 PM PT on the Thursday before a drawing to be entered in that Friday's drawing. Entries received later go into the next weekly drawing. Limit one (1) mail-in entry per person per envelope, and one (1) entry per person per weekly drawing, by any method. Mail-in entries are entered in the same drawing pool as purchase entries. Mechanically reproduced, illegible, incomplete, or late entries are void. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected mail.

Equal odds.

Each mail-in entry has the same chance of winning as an entry from a purchase. Odds depend on the number of eligible entries received for that week's drawing. Winners are selected by a single random draw; there is no preference for higher order values.

Drawings.

One (1) winner is selected at random each Friday from eligible entries for that week. The first drawing is Friday, November 13, 2026. A person may not win more than once in any 90-day period.

Purchase-entry prize.

If a purchase entry is drawn, Sponsor refunds the winning order in full to the original payment method, and the order still ships. Sponsor notifies internal fulfillment before processing the refund so the order still ships.

Mail-in prize.

If a mail-in entry is drawn, the winner receives a $100.00 CaliGreenGold store credit within fourteen (14) days of winner verification.

Winner notification / publicity.

Winners are notified by email. Homepage display of first name, last initial, city/state, and prize amount occurs only with the winner's written permission. Without permission, Sponsor may state only that a winner was notified.

To request a copy of these Official Rules or the name of a week's winner, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to the address above. Requests must be received within 60 days of the drawing.

General.

By entering, you agree to these Official Rules and Sponsor's decisions, which are final. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the promotion if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the promotion. Void where prohibited.
